Don't get put off by the modest stats for this resort, because if you're looking a ski job that will give you the chance to carve acres of virgin powder in backcountry paradise, then work a ski season here!
Sainte Foy is a village within the three valleys in Savoie. The village itself has remained very unspoiled compared to many mountain villages and ski areas in France. The resort is small it has 4 chairlifts, 15 slopes and accommodation for around 2,500 people. This means you will have the choice of well-groomed pistes and some of the best off-piste skiing and snowboarding around, without queuing for lifts or a beer after work. If you've never skied or boarded before, the resort is a great place to learn, as you will have plenty of space to master your skills, and there are less people on the runs than other resorts in France.
The après scene is based within the village centre which has a cluster of bars and restaurants including Le Monal and La Grange. This is not a party ski resort, instead the après ski is all about chilling in bars that have a relaxed pleasant ambience!
So if you're looking for somewhere to work that offers you the chance to carve down mountain slopes that aren't teeming with people, where you don't spend half your time off queuing… do we need to say any more!
